WHAT IS A SUPPORT TICKET?

A support ticket is a request for work to be done on your site.

TYPICAL TASKS INCLUDE

* Adding projects to your portfolio
* Adding a publication to your press page
* Modifying information on your website
* Adding blog posts.

DETAILS

One support ticket is good for up to 20 minutes of design work. A typical task is completed within 2 business days. Submitting support ticket(s) allows you to keep your website fresh and updated. After we receive your request, we will email you a link to pay for the support ticket(s).
